Marielle cut her marketing teeth at a now-defunct music label just as Napster (!) and Google were taking over the world. She quickly decided it was a whole new age in entertainment and hopped to the other side to work for one of the very first internet grassroots marketing agencies. When she tired of the cold New York winters, she made her way across the country to sunny California, where she took her passion for marketing and brand management to the studios, working on some of the biggest global franchises for Warner Bros. and The Walt Disney Company — from Harry Potter to High School Musical.

Kelly Hur

Growing up in one of the most tech-savvy places -- Seoul, Korea -- it's no wonder Kelly's got her heart and mind in social and digital marketing.  After receiving her degrees in advertising and communication in D.C., she took a deep dive into the world of digital marketing, helping global luxury hospitality brands including J.W. Marriott, Park Hyatt, and Four Seasons expand their online presence and social footprints.  Curious about International Affairs and lured by K street power lunches, Kelly later joined The Embassy of the Republic of Korea where she closely worked with US government agencies, NGOs, and the press.  Kelly is passionate about sharing insights and big ideas not only with clients, but also with her graduate students at The Johns Hopkins University.

A Colorado native, Kristen relocated from the Rocky Mountain climate most suited to her Polar Bear-ish inner thermostat to conquer the sun and sweat of Hollywoodland in pursuit of the arts and entertainment. She got her start at Paramount Pictures in the consumer products division managing marketing, publicity and promotions for various Film and TV properties from Richard Scarry to Star Trek. She went on to manage licensing sales/product development and marketing strategies for various Current TV properties (Dancing with the Stars/The Big Bang Theory) for Disney/ABC Television and Warner Bros. Consumer Products, respectively. Kristen is rated “gung-ho” on the enthusiasm scale, not only for projects but also for the people with whom she collaborates; as long as there are no rogue insects invading the room, she always gives her undivided attention and unparalleled commitment.
